Happy Anniversary!
In the promo video for the week of November 4 on Days of our Lives, spoilers show that there is much to be celebrated. Sarah, holding a stuffed elephant with a little bow, says, “Happy Anniversary.” The scene changes to Paulina and Abe’s apartment as the couple toasts — clinking glasses with good friends Roman and Kate.
Like Family
Paul is back and he’s with Brady in the park, asking Tate and Johnny if they can keep a secret. From the look on Johnny’s face, it’s big happy secret (unlike Johnny’s own sordid one). “I plan on popping the question,” Paul says as we see him down on one knee with an engagement ring and Andrew’s thrilled surprise. But he isn’t the only one!
“I want to spend the rest of my life with Jada,” we hear Rafe say as he gets down on one knee in front of Jada at the hospital. She puts her well-manicured hand to her face in surprise but we can see a huge smile before she does.
We’re Always Here
Holly puts her heart out there as she says to Tate, “Will you take me back?” Tate’s all smiles as he welcomes her into his arms. How quickly he forgets (seemingly) about Sophia, Holly’s frenemy he spent the previous night with at Marlena and John’s townhouse. Also at that same location, Kristen is checking out Marlena’s flowers and the woman herself swats her former rival’s hands away from the beautiful bulbs.
“Come back to the dark side, Kate,” taunts Vivian, who has made Kate an offer she hopes she won’t refuse. If that handshake is any indication, she’s made a deal with the devil.
There’s also a lovely reunion when Marlena opens the door to see her daughter Belle is back in town. The two hug. The same is said for Julie welcoming JJ back home with a giant hug. The scene then switches to Brady, present in hand, wishing Maggie a happy anniversary and they hug. Steve and Kayla share a kiss while Julie looks at a picture of her and Doug as the camera fades out.
